Design-Build Process
Our design-build process consists of the following steps:
Step 1 — Initial client meeting
Step 2 — Site location review
Step 3 — Development of preliminary designs
Step 4 — Development of detailed primary designs, including project estimations
Step 5 — Finalizing design
Step 6 — Transition to a standard contract for project construction.
